OBE BUILDERS was founded in 1957 as a Residential Paving company. Our paving experience was then expanded to include paving for Utility companies. Eventually those same utility companies we performed paving for asked OBE to perform the work itself. Now OBE is an Underground Utility Company that also paves everything from Driveways to Highways.
